Misrepresented mileage mileage

Said car had 38,362 miles, and had at least 138,362 miles on it. Said tires were new, but only had half of tread on them. Said every thing worked good but the air conditioner, but the power steering pump was shot, the heater fan doesn't work the rear end clunks, the cruise doesn't work. Even the horn didn't work. The tires were so bad I had a blow out one the way home, and riped the rear drivers quarter panel. Crappp!
