Will not honor their 30-day money back guarantee

This company is a joke. I signed up with them and their service was horrible. I asked them to refund my money and its been several months now (signed up in August) and I receive no response from their support team. They supposedly have a 30-day money back guarantee.

Stay away from this company. Think twice before you send them any money.
