Services don't work

There providers they're promoting do not work. The calls do not undergo and also the callers get disconnected or dead atmosphere. I bought 6-month of support upfront and am today 3 months into my support which is nevertheless not working correctly as was offered in my experience. The client support keeps showing me the issues are set but nothing changes.
