Lied about selling dell laptops and tv's, and had me wire monies

I was contacted on the internet, someone that i had chatted with many times. He said he worked for dell and they where having a clearance sell. And that since we where chat friends he could get me his discount plus the clearance price.

He gave me a good price on a laptop and a flat screen tv. Which i never received. He said since he was giving me his discount we couldnt use paypal, so for me to wire him the money. I havent heard from him since.
