Ripoff IGO no longer supports the new Dell Inspiron laptops Internet Internet

Purchased IGO's Juice 70, universal home/auto/plane for my Dell Latitude. This is a $120 converter. I upgraded to a new Dell Inspiron 1150. Dell changed their configuation for converter input (probably to sell their own universal converter) on the new Insiron laptop. I emailed IGO and was told that a new tip was in the process.

After several months I again contacted IGO and was informed that they no longer support the new Dell Laptops. I am now stuck with a $120 converter that is useless. Dell says they are sorry, IGO says they are sorry. I think this is one sorry mess. I have informed all my friends that IGO is a worthless company to do business with, and they do not support what they advertise.
