Seller Banned and Funds Withheld Three Months Despite 6000 Sales

Amazon is probably the worst company to deal with ever. I had 6000 sales on amazon seller central. I sell wigs and extensions. A couple of people left me negative feedback (one said I didn't reply her emails which I most certainly did, and another said she didn't like the color of the wig. I even gave her back her money after she wore the wig!) out of about 6000 satisfied customers and they banned me from their site and withheld my money for 3 months.

You can only understand the stress I have had to go thru. I maxed out my credit to ramp up my inventory, thinking that this was a surefire way to sell merchandise. Now this! They send you computer messages saying the same things over and over. They are terrible. Please, please anyone out there, don't sell anything on amazon. They will destroy your life. They are so powerful right now but hopefully in God's name, they too will be destroyed one day.
