Amazon Seller Account Repeatedly withheld my income, then disabled my seller account then permanently suspended me for life without proof of anything, then withheld my income for additional 90 days!

I signed up for an Amazon Seller Account 10 months ago. Suddenly i was suspended. Amazon claim defect rate is highr than %1, which was %1.15 the day i was suspended.

I sold quite a bit because I kept my profit margin low. Due to the tremendous amount of sales ($1000 in 5 days), they said I could continue selling, but I would not receive disbursement for 45 days.

Then, without warning, when I reached $6K in sales, they suspended all sales activity, telling me I was in 'violation' because my feedback wasn't commensurate with my sales volume (I was only a Seller for a week! People didni't have a chance to receive their product, evaluate it and post feedback!)

I received a notice I was suspended for life!
I have emailed few times and received generic emails that ask me not contact them anymore.
THe truth is for the last 4 years i manage 2 other amazon seller account of 2 other companys. Our defect rate was more than one above %3 our 'negative feedback' reached more than one over % (30 days count). We were suspended once for 2 weeks, we were never kicked out! And if you ask why? Because gross sales are over $50000 a month,
DEAR AMAZON DISSHONESTY IS WHAT YOU ARE!
You are holding more than $2000 and refuse to give them for 90 days! Wow! Shame on amazon!
