Charged credit card without delivering - refuses to return the money he charged - company does not exist

John Paynes, the so called owner of the company (which I doubt does exist) charged my credit card in November with three transactions. He didnt deliver anything nor did he return my money.

The server of the business has been inactive for a couple of month. Is now back to activity. He doesnt respond to emails, calls etc. To return the money he stole.
The same business runs with another webside name:
Server located in Panama so you cannot catch him if he withdraws money from your credit card. The man is a fraud and cone artist. All phone numbers on the webside do not exist. He changes his phone numbers constantly, cause people are after the money he stole from them.
The company address is just a UPS store address.
He also runs companies with fake addresses. (mostly adult entertainment) Beware of the guy and his businesses.
