Company refused cancellation and charged for unauthorized product Aurora

I ordered a sample of Lip Plumper for shipping and handling charges. 2 weeks later I cancelled any future shippments as it didn't do anything at all. They still send another order and charged me $99.99! This is a total rip off and people should be warned.
