Pure Acai Berry, Amazon Acai Unauthorized shipments and charges to my account. Colorado

I ordered a free sample of Pure Acai Berry on-line from www.PureAcaiBerry.com and received those "free" samples as promised. I had to pay shipping & handling but there was no other obligation.

Since receiving the sample, I've also received one full-sized bottle from this company which I did not order and have been charged $74.76. I called the phone number on my bank statement and was put on hold indefinitely, but was given a website, gohelpnow.com, to obtain customer service. I went to that site, typed in my email address, was prompted to choose an option which included returning the product, cancelling my "membership", etc.

I first chose to return the product, but a response came back that I was beyond the 10 day return period (no it wasn't), but they offered to take $20 off the $74.76. I didn't want them accessing my account again, so I cancelled the membership to stop any future shipments.

Because I do like the product and will use what was sent to me, I will not push the issue of getting a refund for what I never ordered, but I strongly recommend going to the website and cancelling any future shipments.

If I receive any more shipments and/or charges after today, my next action will be quite different.
