Impossible to cancel membership, trial membership automatically becomes permanent

This company offers a free trial. However, it is impossible to view any messages from other users, whether fake or real, until an upgrade is made. I paid for a three day trial. Upon receiving confirmation from the company via email that my subscription had been confirmed, I was surprised to see that my subscription would automatically continue.
I have tried to cancel my membership using the forms provided on their website but all to no avail. I see no other way out than to close my bank account. The company does not respond to telephone calls. I wish I had read the other reports concerning this company before I got involved with them. Beware!
