Misrepresentation and harrassment

Fed up with the harassment. I provide them with all of the info they need about my company but they proceed to do something like they've no idea what I'm referring to. I just activated from what I believed was 3 mths becuase I had been along the way of clsing and shifting my company. Why might I signal a-12 year agreement to get a company which was ending and moving. The repetition stated I really could simply do 3 mths after which review whether I needed to carry on. This began in November of 07. Today its May 09 plus they are still attempting to gather for 12 weeks. I have provided all of them the paperwork they had a need to show I'd shut and transferred. However they still do not get it. Today I've collection company calling saying they'll take-me to courtroom easily do not negotiate. Well let us move! I am tired of it!
