He assured me in writing, the watch was BRAND NEW
First he called me to say, the watch would be delayed in shipping,
This is a tactic, so you can stop the charges on your credit card

Upon receiving the watch, I noticed I did not have to have the band sized
LINKS had been removed
I had the watch traced
Sure enough the watch had been sold years prior in the state of MO
I have filed a complaint with the South East FLA BBB
I have also filed a complaint with the FBI internet fraud division
NOW, Im fighting with my credit card company, because Im not paying
THIS GUY RECONDITIONS USED ROLEX AND SELLS THEM AS NEW
