Would not honor my ipaq or printer warranties palo alto

I called tech support as my ipaq hand held computer would not operate they said my battery was defective and would send one out right away, it is one year and I still not have it. When I call them they said they sent it out and left it at my door even though I asked them to get a signature. I told them I never got it. I finally
had to buy a laptop.

My printer stated making a grinding noise & I would get a message it was out of paper and it would jam. After many calls to them they said some one would contact me within 48 hours that was about three weeks ago.
