Billed me at $5 a minute for a website I never went on

Out of nowhere, I received a bill in the mail from this company. I looked them up on usacomplaints.com and realized this was a first class (censored). I never paid the bill.

But, I received a notice from Telcollect (a collection agency). I called them up and told them that I never dialed this adult site. They asked me to send them my phone bill and I did. However, for every place my telephone number appeared, I erased the last six digits at the end of my telephone number (I did this because that number is what is needed to switch long distance carriers on you without your consent).

I've complained and written to as many authorities as possible. I still don't understand why this company still exists?
