Ripoff, fraudulent charges for adult internet site never used, threatening bill with notice of collection credit rating consequences

I received a bill from Alyon Technologies dated 2/13/03 reporting usage of an adult website on 2/10/03 for a 9.0 minute time period and at a cost of $44.01.
The bill was received ~7 days ago and demands full payment by 02/26/03 or a collection process will begin using "all means legal and proper to recover the full amount".

I have never accessed such a website, no one else had access to my computer on that date/time.
The entire procedure of bill notice and collection is very threatening and the process to contest this is one which requires a written claim and is time consuming.
When I went to check out their website I saw this complaint site and immediately added mine. I am amazed at the number and similarity of all our complaints. Hopefully Alyon goes Allyoop and Allyout of here as a business!
