Did not put my refund back into my bank account Denver Colorado

I signed up, bought the video professor learn Excel paid in full. Then they sent me advance Excel I did not want it sent it back immediate and then called, upon calling I was told I was supposed to call someone to let them know I was sending it back. I did not see this information. However they told me the 2nd time I called that they had recived the item and it would be 21 days before they could return funds into my account. They took the $189.00 out of my bank account before I even recieved the product and have a chance to look at it as they advertise. Now it's been over a month I have called several times and get a run around. Still No money returned to my account. I have several other charges on my account from them as well. I'm not happy at all with this company and have also canceled my membership.
I want my money!
