Not Free... Video Professor Ripped Me Off 4 Months in a row!

Miscellaneous

Video Professor... I saw that guy so many times on tv talking about the first lesson being free, just pay for shipping and handling. So I go on the website back in November and order Excel. I need to learn more about Excel to perform better at work. I figure I need to deduct about $6.95 or so out of my account for shipping, right? Not even the half of it... About a month later I received another "Excel" program. I haven't even looked at the first one yet. I figure they sent the rest of it or sent it twice. I put it over on the desk.

A month later I received "Word" program which I don't need and didn't order. The next month I get Power Point. Okay, I say, what's going on? I didn't order any of them, but when I get time (rarely) I will call and ask about this. Excuse me!!! I was charged $189.95 for each program! Oh yeah, the kicker is that it is over 30 days to send most of them back. You must have a return code or you cannot send them back... They will send me a return code via email for Word, supposedly they will take Power Point back. The email never arrives that they allegedly sent. It can only be sent once according to Customer serivice? Why?! Maybe because it was never sent in the first place!!!

Then I find this website... If anyone has successfully received a refund I would love to know how to go about it. I gave my debit card (m/c) that kept getting charged $189.95 each month. Even for the "free" one.

Help!!!
