Item requested 3/18/09. Nevertheless not received 5/6/09. Several guarantees, no item. They ask you for at that time of the purchase! I am currently out nearly $300.00. I am coping with my charge card to get a return. Period can tell how that moves. Additionally, it seems they utilize another organization name. "Type By-Design". Be skeptical!
