Wallpaper not delivered

Requested a picture sample online also it was taken care of upfront. Item was to ship within 24-48 hours and surfaces were custom-painted to complement picture. After more than 2 times Davidis was approached to confirm time of shipping. I had been educated they had "issues" between their organization and also the Producer and did not understand when they may even obtain the routine. I had been never informed of the shipping delay or of unavailability of item and would not have recognized, when they were not approached. Davidis desired to try to look for a comparable routine when possible. I expected to get a reimbursement and was informed that paperwork could be posted, in the place of obtaining a credit within the same regular way they charged my charge card. I'll not purchase from Davidis again and certainly will look for a company locally instead. I'm currently caught with surfaces thatnot fit something.
