I contacted LPC 4 times in an attempt to cancel my account. The first time I called the gentleman was very kind and actually talked me out of cancelling. A couple of weeks later I decided this was not something I'm interested in. I called to cancel a 2nd time, and the rep told me my account would not be active until I activate the LPC card. I confirmed with her that if I do not activate the LPC card, my membership is considered cancelled. A week later I received another catalog and card. I was totally confused... Wondering why they were sent to me and my membership was cancelled. I called LPC the very next day of receiving the package. I was again told that my account was not active and no transactions would be taken from my account. Well, today I noticed $99 had been debited from my bank account. I I contacted the 4th rep today, and he was very rude and rigid and basically called me a liar. He accused me of being irrational and showed no empathy.
