Ripped me off then wants me to jump through hoops to fix what they did! I Talked To Someone In?

This company doesnt give you a shipping date or any other notification. When the shirts arrived with no paper work from china they were maybe an xl labeled as 3x. When I looked to see where to send it back to there was nothing. When I finnally found the companys site again I found the phone number on a complaint. I called besides the fact that I could bariley understand him he started giving me a list of the things I have to do to get this taken care off.

First I have to submit a written email. I then hung up. Please dont make the same mistake I did its not worth it.
