Half hearted service, doesnt take there business serious

Ive been a customer of Flashbyte for a little over 2 years. Honestly when the service worked as promised it was awesome. Problem was it only worked as promised 30% of the time for the whole 2 years.

There service was never up for more than 2-3 weeks consistant without a problem, either very low speeds or outages, some of them lasting for days and the final one for me lasting almost 4 weeks. There customer service was spotty to horrible at best. Trying to quit there service is turning into a horror in itself, no response to emails just like when i was a customer. Ive written off the deposit of 100$ the charge.

I ve emailed them one last and told them if they dont respond i, m trashing there equipment. My opinion, Stay far away from these folk till they grow up and act like big people.
