I got robbed by magic jack dont let it happen to you! Internet

First of all let me say what a great device this would be to own, especially in these hard times. I was happy to go online to get my magic jack so I did. Well a couple of days later I checked up on the tracking number they gave me and it stated that it was undeliverable, now I had it send to my grocery store I work 15 hours a day from 9am-12-am so you can image how is that at all possible.

Now I contacted them and they said they would send a replacement out "right away" But so the same thing doesn't happen I had the send it to my house now it has a different tracking number witch stated that the usps had been notified electronically of the shippers (magic jack) intend to mail the package.

As you would know from reading about the magic jack they don't have any phone numbers themselves to call... That's funny... So you would have to talk to a live agent through instant message. After a number of chats where they would just verify my shipping address we have come to the conclusion that I do have the magic, there is nothing I can do.

They say they can't issue me a refund cause they send me a replacement and I would just have to wait if it in the mail if don't already got it. Now this is my first bog and I must admit it feels good at least to talk about how magic jack robed me... I have no magic jack I didn't get my money and they didn't even bother sending me another tracking number cause they know they will not send it. Here is a little of my las convo with magic jack

Roger: Technically, upon following the standard adjustment with regard to your concern. You have been given a replacement devices and certainly this are not valid for any return credits.

ME: what so your telling me that i was robbed by you guys and there is nothing i can do about it?

Roger: My above statement doesn't imply on the response you have given. We are looking forward to ask your end to fully track the records you since the devices are given already.

Roger: In the meantime, we are asking for your attention to track the device in you local post office and check your mailbox with regard to the shipped devices. No worries, we are also aware of your concern. Our end will conduct an evaluation with regard to your purchased order and this will be dealt accordingly.

ME: roger what is the tracking number i should pay attention to?

Roger: USPS Tracking Number: 9101148008600979398898

ME: roger am i going to get the magic jack or not

Roger: You can do have it.

Roger: After encountering this concern and have reported this in our end. The resolution was been implemented to give you a new device in replacement of the original order that was not received by your end.

ME: ok roger do i have the magic jack or not?

Roger: Yes, you only deserve to have the device.

LOL please dont let this run around and head ache happen to you!!!
