Liars and harrasment

I visited Best buy and purchased the Verizon wireless card for that notebook, I had been provided by the verizon revenue woman (in bestbuy) 2 ideas, one with restricted download and another endless, i picked unlimited since i donwload audio, films, and play games. I went home to south lake tahoe and covergae was really poor, it just worked in a large part in my own home, therefore aftr seven days i chose to return it. I obtained a statement for just two, 977.12 bucks!!! Ofcourse i named and questioned why this cost, they stated the billed me that since i went previous kbis in my own strategy, and that I told them that it had been an endless plan and thats where the entire discution went... Well, i browse the agreement i closed and in little characters it stated they'd charge x quantity for each additional kb, just how can they promote and let you know ENDLESS if its not.

It was 12 months before and im still being harrased using the statement. So what can I actually do? Please help me.
