DomainBroadcasting.com - DomainAnnounce.com
Is a Scam, Ripoff, Con, company who take your money and give no refunds for their poor service!

Internet & Web

To potential clients for these expired domain listing companies;

All I can say is stay away from this scam! You'll end up paying a fortune and not find the quality expired domain names you desire for your online business or blogging affairs. These German money hungry sharks have a poor client refund policy and their service is totally rubbish! The domains they present are of zero quality and you can find the equivalent or better Alexa and Pagerank type expired domains with freeware programs that are scatted across the internet for free.

I signed up to this service though one of their 'cloned' sites called DomainAnnounce.com and after a few days realized the poor quality of service they provide. They charge a fortune US$ 89.00 (1st Level Account) for six months for the deleted service and US$ 39.00 for their expired service for 3 months. I brought both at the total cost of US$ 128.00 I could of purchased the best expired domain hunting software for this! I requested A refund for the time left on my account and they declined and gave a link to their sales page stating that is is not in their terms of service to give refunds.

This is a bad practice and for consumers so don't get involved with them say away go to something like domain name registers expired auction listings, or domain drop engines like Pool.com or TDNam.com or others and find a quality domain there. I'm now stuck with a US$ 128.00 account that I won't use, This is how they treat you (extract form an email they sent me)

Dear Mr. W

Domain Announce Customer Service

No quality cooling period here, just a grab for your money! Please learn from my misfortune, stay clear of DomainAnnounce.com and DomainBroadCasting.com and their grab for your money and run attitude type service or what ever else you call it when a company offers poor service, hides it's terms of service from its sales page and offers a poor cooling period to it's clients. I sent another email 3 days ago (as of this entry) requesting a refund for the time left in the account and I haven't heard from them since.

This shows how much they care for their customers! I'm now totally left in the dark and feel that I won't be getting a refund for the time left on the account.
Some advice that could help - I feel they may have other 'cloned' companies like DomainAnnounce.com scattered across the internet. If you suspect such you can look up the whois for the website and see their details match the one's present in this complaint. Doing this may save your hard earned dollars from these money sharks.
