DOMAINS ripoff BEWARE Online online

Beware of Yahoo Domains service. If you do a search for domain name registration, Yahoo Domains service will show up as a sponsor advertising $2.99/year, much cheaper than the common $10/year from other registrars.

I went ahead and signed for 5 years ($14.93), just to find out that it is NOT a domain registration service (if you transfer your existing domain names). I found this out within an hour and cancelled the service immediately (while the transfer status was still "pending").

However, Yahoo refused to refund me the money, citing a clause in the agreement. I think at least they should refund me the remaining 4 years... At the very least. Their site says they have 24x7 toll free support but I can't seem to find the number. Does any one know?

SO, basically I spent $15 for nothing within an hour and am sitting here writing this complaint to hope that other people won't step into the same trap.
