Secret City Screen Printing & Embroidery think they can scam local service providers. They called me out for my services as a computer technician. Their computer would not boot even in safe mode, after fixing the hard drive (backing up their data and testing a new hard drive in the system it still crashed. I isolated the problem to blown capacitors on the motherboard. I advised them on the parts they needed, they said go ahead so I and built the new system. On request I purchased XP professional and office 2007 and installed them. Two months later They haven't paid me a cent. I clearly explained every step of the repair process and they said go ahead. So they took a weeks labor, over $300 worth of software, gas... I'm a student and this is my primary income. They have almost wiped me out. I just wish businesses had integrity. Can anyone suggest what I can do. My parents moved to the UK with business but I wanted to stay in America because I am proud of this country and love it here. I support myself entirely and work hard and take pride in what I do.
