John D. Lundrigan Consumer ripoff

On March 7th, I purchased the Embroidery Machine Model is DLCD-1501 500 (500)*350 from John D. Lundrigan / Embroidery Pro (www.EMB-Pro.com) and did not receive the machine till May 29th. Upon receiving this machine I identified that the Manufacturing tag with Model & Serial Number plate had been physically removed. At this point I was unable to identify any thing about this Embroidery machine I had purchased. I also informed John of the overall outward condition of the machine noting several paint scratches, dents, plate securing screws missing. Items included in this

Major purchase that were not shipped / provided with the machine nor ever received as of 6/29 are as follows: Power cord, Operating software, UBS flash drive, Operators Manual, 10ea pack of needles, cut away backing, 15 each full size thread cones, one box of bobbins, machine oil, machine grease, and most important was the Warranty paperwork and finally the computer Operating Software CD for Embroidery Designs never received.

Everyone be careful of this person / business as I have offically filed a complaint report with the Oregon Office of the Attorney General & PayPal.

Since Day one (May 29th) this Embroidery machine has not sewed out one design and was non-functioning. I called / E-Mailed John numerous times daily / weekly for support. Each time I waited and waited for John never to return my call directly or a E-Mail.

Please be aware I have all supporting E-Mails to justify all of my statements as to the truth.
