In January I purched a digital copy of Microsofts Outlook2007 from these thieves. They were to forward a valid product key within a day after payment. After a week, I e-mailed them for this key. God, this should have been a wake-up call. Well they sent it after this request.

In March of my hard drive went bang. I got that problem solved and downloaded another copy of MY software from their websight using my PAID order reference number. It downloaded and installed fine but the existing, formally valid product key was no longer valid.

After 3 support ticket requests and 20 days, I now have had no response from these hacks. I no longer can use my software and my home based business is suffering.

They may claim that my spam filter was at fault but the had no problem sending anything else to me.

Stay far away from these bandits. They take your money very quiskly them froget about you. My next step is getting a refund from my Visa, they have theft protection and then on the the Attorneys General office here in PA.
