Liquid Web - Worst Hosting Company Ever! Be Careful!

The funniest thing about Liquid Web is their Heroic support. If you become a customer you will find that as the most ironic thing that Liquid Web - Liquid Web Hosting offers.

My company's situation. We had a dedicated server with Liquid Web aka Liquid Web Hosting for one year. This was my company's first attempt to host websites on our own. Choosing Liquid Web was our biggest mistake.

On several occassions, Liquid Web's servers would go down for no reason. When we called support, they were never aware of the situation and always made bad judgements like rebooting the server which caused even more problems.

THE LAST STRAW WITH LIQUID WEB (AKA LIQUID WEB HOSTING)
The last straw was when the Liquid Web servers went down again and they purposely started ignoring our calls. When we tried to get simple info on trying to redirect our dns to another server, well here's the kicker:

They don't give access to that info.

Stay away from these guys at Liquid Web aka Liquid Web Hosting. They can hurt your business and that's no joke at all. They do have incredible pricing, but YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR ON THIS ONE!
