Took my money, did not deliver product! Internet

I downloaded the trial version of pdf-file from www.pdf-file.com, and after trying it, I purchased the full version by debit card. I received a confirmation screen saying that download information and a receipt would be sent by email, but nothing was. I checked my spam filters, of course. I have read on C|net that others have experienced the same thing. There is no direct contact information available online, all I know is that the company name is "noorancorp.com."

SUMMARY: Do not order Pdf-file from www.pdf-file.com. They will take your money, ignore emails, and never give you the product.
