Think twice before you use this company if you want your photos

The owner of this company lies a lot. Go look at other website complaints about her. She tells different stories every time. She says this is a family feud and she is wrong. The owner made a contract with me to do my daughter's wedding photos, not anyone else. This has nothing to do with the bride and groom. This has to do with a contract with me. No one has asked for hard pictures, that was never asked for nor agreed on. She wanted to do the pictures for the couple's gift to them and to use the pictures on her website as free advertisement for her. Then a few days before the wedding she demanded $500. She was told no we had an agreement. Isn't it funny that now the pictures are being held hostage for 16 months? Now she has refused to provide the pictures (not sure they even exist at this point and they are probably not good). Now the owner is telling she has an agreement with the bride and groom. She knows that is a lie, she is aware that she meet with me for the contract. People do not let her do this to you.

She was to provide me with a DVD of the photos. We have heard story after story for 16 months now. For over a year she was working on getting them proofed. If you read the BBB response from the owner she states she would provide the DVD if she had my address. I provided that to her and then received an email from her that she was refusing to provide the DVD. Now she tells ripoff that she has never heard from me with address, phone, etc.information. I am more than welcome to provide copies of my emails to her and her response that shows she does have my information and responded that she would not provide the DVD. People do not let her do this to you.

She also stated in different complaints that the bride and groom have seen the photos and things worked out, yet the bride states that is a lie! You know all we want is the DVD photographs we contracted for. Seems to me it would be very easy to give the DVD with the photographs if you had them and not treat your customers this way. Why would a owner do this??? People do not let her do this to you.

People please beware that this owner likes to play games with other peoples treasured times/memories. People should also be aware that if you look at the photos she has on her website most are her family members and the few that are not are school class photos from a private school her children attend and I have been told she works/volunteers at. Also, the only people saying good things on her site are her family and friends. She does not allow/removes any comments she does not like.

All we want is what we contracted for the wedding photographs on DVD. Why not do what is contracted and end this. People do not let her do this to you!!!
