Lack of rewards lack of rewards after fulfilling all necessary requirements

After many purchases and returns i did receive one cartridge for 5 purchases. With their own math on their own website that tracts your purchases and is suppose to track your returns i had met the requirements for the second free cartrideg for the 5 returns. You have to keep in mind that i have had to call every time i sent a cartridge in to get my credit posted. This time they have cheated me out of 3 returns and my second free cartridge. One time they even sent my order to ohio and made me wait a little over a week to get it from there.

When i called the last two times they told me they don't have my returns and that i should calculated my returns before calling. Still if you go to the rewards page for my account it will tell you that according to the purcahses i am not entitled to a return cartridge. I have printed out the purchases and the returns that have allowed me to have. I have even sent the returns in with the sel-addressed envelopes they send that have a code number on them. When i asked if they could check to see if my credit was given to someone else by checking the code number they tell me there is no way for them to check by that number as it is noy registered by that... Why put it on there if you are not going to use it. I am furious and need my cartridge now.
