Ripoff, deceptive, non responsive fraudulent ripoff business, tax evation, uses business to run controled stubstances though

I bought a laptop computer from mr vizier in the year 2000. ONE, I was over charged for the laptop. TWO, had to bring laptop in for repairs 6 months after i bought it. THREE, had to bring in laptop again for repairs to replace a keyboard, which I was grossly over charged for, not to mention the repairs took a month when I know for a fact that it should only take "a day". I have receites to prove I was ripped off and over charged. Not to mention Tax evasion is apart of the situation which the receites can prove also. Basically tax fraud, and unethical price gauging are involved. He screws things up on purpose to create more business for himself. He on purposely sell product that one has to go back to him to get fix instead of just anywhere and will charge the hell out of an individual for it.
