Several months ago I sent for a FREE cd on government grants. Never got it even tho I paid for shipping. To my horror on March 18th I see a charge of $99 on my bank account. I called the number that was associated with it. I was then told what ever account I supposedly had with them was cancelled and they would issue me a refund that I would see back in my bank account in 24-48 hours. 48 hours later nothing so I call again and am not told it takes that long to process it and it will be refunded in 3-5 business days. 5 days layer nothing. I call again and am now told they see my refund in que but dont know what the problem is but they will rush it and I will see it in my bank account on Momday. Monday rolls around NOTHING. I call back and am told they arent sure what is going on and they may be issuing me a check instead but cant tell me anything else. During these phone calls I have asked to speak to managament and am always told they are unavailable and have asked for someone to call me back. No one ever has.

I call again today and am told now that they will be issuing me a check but it will take an additional 7 to 10 business days, again I ask to talk to someone and am again told no one is available.

Amazingly KIM called me back and said. Well there is nothing I can do. But I see you are being issued a check. Now how flipping hard is it to write out a check? How come a company cant do ANYTHING?

What sucks is I got laid off and only had a hundred bucks in my bank account. So far have had $240 in bounced check fees accumilating. Do you think they would compensate for that no
