HP Many problems-HP products-Co, gives out bogus Ph no.&EMail add. To consumeds needing help/second submet

Have purchased a HP pc and a HP printer. Have fought to get these to work togather. I get absolutely no satisfaction from HP. They have given me a survey to fill out and a bogus address to get to it, I have gotten a web page telling me where to go to get a phone number and the page is not even there, therefore no phone number!!! What are we consumers to do at this point. All I want is for them to work. After the money involved here I feel that is the least I should expect.
