Bad internet ervice

I've been without internet for almost 3 days. I called in the customer service and talked to them. They said they're going to send out a technician today from 8am to 10am. It's 2pm and nobody has showed up YET! I just called again and asked them why the technician hasn't came here yet, and the lady I spoke to said, shes going to call the local dispatch and try to send out a technician as soon as possible, but she dont know if its going to be today or tomorrow. Worst fucking service ever. Smh.
