Internet Out Almost Three Days and Technician Never Arrived

I've been without internet for almost 3 days. I called in the customer service and talked to them. They said they're going to send out a technician today from 8am to 10am. It's 2pm and nobody has showed up yet! I just called again and asked them why the technician hasn't came here yet, and the lady I spoke to said, she's going to call the local dispatch and try to send out a technician as soon as possible, but she don't know if it's going to be today or tomorrow. Worst fucking service ever. Smh.
