This company sold me 4 ink cartridges for my Epson printer. They did not work AT all with my printer. When I tried to go thru their website to get a returned merchandise order number to return the merchandise when I pressed the enter button it says to go back to previous browser and doesn't work. They do not answer their phones or faxes and the faxes come up busy.in other words there is no real way to return anything. I may just send their merchandise back postage due.
