Beware of this so called company. They can get your bank info without your permission

I was checking my bank account online and notice a charge from cheapestthemes.com. I called the number listed, and it was a recording saying they are unable to take your call right now and go the the website a send an email to their customer sopport team.
I thought since it was late in the evening they were closed. No not true! This is the only way of comunicating with them is through emails. I first asked them who they were and how they got my bank info. The will not tell me how, only to say they i had a windows theme downloaded to me mobile. I dont have windows mobile of any kind. I demanded they put the money and asked again How did you get my info? They emailed me back to say if i did not recall the order they would gove me a refund. I asked them numberous times to call me since i found it very strange they couldnt be reached my phone. My last email to them threated to call the attorney generals office to report them. I recieved another email yesterday telling me my refund will be there in a few days. I still have no answer how they got my account. They will not answer your questions. But only give you a runaround. Please check your bank statements. If you see anything strange contact your bank ASAP.
