Gets a hold of bank info and charges account

I was checking my bank statement online, and found a strange charge I didn't recognize. The website was cheapestthemes.com. I asked my husband, and he had never heard of it either. I went to their website, and found that they sell some kind of themes for windows mobile phones (which neither of us even own). I tried to call them, but it's just a recording, even though I called within their listed business hours. The only way to contact them is with email, and they are not very helpful on that front either. I have no idea how they got my information, as I am very careful with it.
