Support was horrible!

I contacted HP many times for support on for a few things, and it took for ever to get the right answer from each question... I've been calling almost 5 times each day and week for a few problems, and I've been placed on hold so many times and I sometimes get excuses they can't help.

Most of these people don't know what their talking about.
