This company is a total fraud. If your home is in foreclosure and you are trying to get an extension from the trustee and you think you can hire these people to stop the trustee from foreclosing on your property... Think again. They LIE. What they do is tell you they Guarantee that they will get a 30 extension or your money back! NOT, in fact they were not sucessful in getting 1 day of a postponement let alone the 30 days they guarantee. The also, will only refund your money if you house forecloses in the first 30 days from the day you hire them. What happen was that the lender kept giving me 7 day extensions, extensions that had NOTHING to do with this company so every week I was upset while I wait just hours before the sale to hear if the lender postponed the sale or this company did their job. The lender postponed the sale and it has now been 45 days and ASND, Inc., Shaun L. Smith got me NOTHING. And there is more, they won't refund the 1995.00 I paid them. Run from this company! Now what did seem to work is hiring an attorney for $1000.00 to file a lawsuit and get a restraining order. Now I will be able to negotiate the terms of the load more easily.
