Asus And Newegg.com PG221 monitor ripoff

I purchased a PG221 monitor on August 11th from newegg.com, it had a $100 rebate on between August 1st and August 31st 2008. So I mailed every requirement on September 16th. After three months their "rebate porcessing center" rejected my rebate, they said it had to be postmarked within 30 days of purchase. I looked the requirement form, it states in BOLD: All submissions must be postmarked by Sep 30th. And under their Terms and Conditions, it is stated Rebate claims must be postmarked within 30 days. But it is not clear that it has to be 30 days from purchase of 30 days from promotional date.
