Inc Rebate Fraud Buy.com TCA Wheresmyrebate is bad. Ripoff!

Purchased a Pyxscape 17 inch LCD from Buy.com on 11/30/04, Buy.com did not fill the order until 1/05/05. I sent in my 100.00 rebate on 1/5/05 to TCA which clearly states the following on the rebate form:

Valid Purchase Dates: 9/14 to 1/31
Postmark by: 2/20

Received and email from TCA stating the following:

"Unfortunately your rebate is denied for the following reasons:
ORIGINAL PURCHASE NOT DURING REBATE PERIOD
REQUEST POSTMARKED AFTER CLOSE OF PROGRAM DEADLINE
PURCHASED 11-30-04 — POSTMARKED 01-05-05"

Last time I checked 11/30/04 as well as 1/05/05 are all within the time frame stated above. I try to call TCA but only get a busy signal.
