Failure to refund

I bought a disc in the organization to locate government awards so when billed $99 to get a membership for their providers, I terminated the membership and required a return. I had been provided a verification number and informed to call-back on Friday to consult with a boss to approve the reimbursement and was handed another verification number. Once the 3-5 business days were up, and that I still hadnot obtained my reimbursement and so I experimented with contact (888-255-1241) and also the quantity had been disconnected. Fortunately, my lender could challenge the cost. The corporation is BS.
