Ironstore - Egold And On And On no customer service, will no return calls

I ordered from this company before I checked it out on eopinions, my mistake. The information they send concerning the shipping date are deceptive, they give you a tracking number for usps and after digging you find out it will be sent in several weeks. After I recd my order with damaged goods, I tried to contact them and the nightmare began. The web tells you to send an email all the web all ways tells you the volume is heavy, that should be a red flag. The email you rec only tells you about the company. The C/S number they give you only allows you to leave a message and it tells you the call volume is heavy, that should be flag number two. They never call back. NEVER! I thought I was alone until I did research to find large list of complaints with the same issue. I was able to find the COO, Mike Reichman email address thru some digging about some??? Other business and I emailed him directly and still no results on the matter. I can not believe this company is allowed to do business over the internet. I have send soooooo many emails and placed so many calls that I am losing money just trying to make sure I am not being taken advantage of. I really ache for elderly customers that do not understand they can take steps. I phone number I listed above is the COO direct number and he will not return calls. I now have an incomplete bathroom remodel, because I chose my colors around the bath items placed with this company now because the items are damaged, I can not complete the bathroom without buying other items from a local store. How can this company be allowed to no reply to customers and stay in business. I know this is not an isolated incident because of all the reports listed on
