~ Put HOLD On My Credit Card And Now Wont Release It! Beware! Liars, Fraud, Insensitive, Rude, Money Grubbing

I have made several purchases through www.Pfaltzgraff.com.
They have never placed any money on hold for my credit card before, other than the $1.00 when I first began to shop with them. All of the sudden, this last transaction, they felt they needed to put a "hold" on the money that I spent on their site. The transaction went through 3 days later and they are now paid the $200.00 I spent through my credit card. However, that $200 hold is STILL THERE! I have called and called and called and email too! They keep saying it will drop off but it has been over a month and it is just frozen money I cannot use. No help from them at all and I wont shop there again. However, I have no problem with taking them to small claims if I have to.
