I ordered a phone in October and have yet to recieve it

I ordered a cell phone in October They took my money out of my account within 2 days. When I ordered it, my confirmation said I would recieve my phone within 5-7 business days, 10 days went buy, I received an e-mail saying it was temperarly out of stock, and when they did receive it they were also sending me a free car charger, 4 months have went by, I have not received my phone. I have tried to call them, it will send you to an automated service, that takes you nowhere. I have e-mailed them, and still have no response.
