1 assignment per day $10 each, did 74 - never pd Nationwide

I signed up with Data Processors approximately in July. They sent one assignment per day (you earned $10.00 per assignment).

I completed a total of 74 assignments and should have been paid $740.00.

In their assignments, they let me know that I would receive my first payment by check in the mail 60 days after opening the account. After the first initial check, you would then get paid every 30 days on the same day of the month.

On October 16, I received an assignment and the first sentence confirmed that they had mailed out my first check and to give it 2 weeks to get it in the mail.

After that, all of a sudden, there were no more assignments, so I sent them an e-mail on October 25 stating same and asking them to confirm that my check had been mailed out.

I heard nothing from them, so, on October 31 I sent another e-mail to them asking them if this was a scam after all, as I had not heard from them and that I would be contacting an attorney if I got no response.

Still no response!!!
